RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Sale items are non-refundable.
Before sending anything back, please email us at support@beyondunusual.com with your order number — we'll provide return instructions. Do not send items back to the manufacturer.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective? We're so sorry if that happened! Email us at support@beyondunusual.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 30 days of delivery. We'll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund — at no cost to you.
What if I received the wrong item? Please email support@beyondunusual.com with your order number and a description of what you received. We'll correct the issue as quickly as possible.
Do you offer exchanges? We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. We do not offer size or style exchanges at this time.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs vary based on the product, weight, and destination. Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally? Yes — we ship worldwide!
How do I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also email us anytime at support@beyondunusual.com and we'll look it up for you.
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location and the item ordered. Some specialty items sourced internationally may take slightly longer — we'll always provide tracking so you know where your order is.
I ordered multiple items but only received part of my order — what's going on? No need to worry! Because we source products from multiple suppliers around the world, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times. Your remaining items are on their way!

Every piece is chosen to reflect our cosmic, premium aesthetic.
Are your products high quality? Absolutely. We curate every item in our shop with care, selecting only products that meet our standards for quality, uniqueness, and visual appeal. If something doesn't meet those standards, it doesn't make it into our store.
